About Crossings
Crossings Christian Church is a community of believers who are driven to serve our God by serving the people of our community. Partnering with the Virginia Evangelizing Fellowship, this new church is being planted in one of the high-growth areas of the Roanoke Valley for the purpose of reaching those who need a church home and an opportunity to find direction from God’s Word and from other believers who are facing the crossings of life. We may not know all of the answers to life’s questions, but together, we are willing to search, to seek, and to find God’s direction for our lives. (Isaiah 48:17)
Our vision as a church is rooted in the words of Jesus.
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: love your neighbor as yourself.” (Matthew 22:37-40)
Our purpose is to “Love God, Love Others, and to Serve God by Serving Others.”
